My parents were informed by Welsh Water that they had a leak on their property. We googled a contactor and found Josh's business online. He has been amazing from start to finish. He and his team were punctual and tidy workers which my parents appreciated. Josh has been amazing to deal with, thoughtful with my elderly parents, always kept me updated and was very patient when we were waiting on Dwr Cymru doing their bit (slowly).

These days it feels rare to find companies that put customer service high on their list .. Josh definitely does. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Josh, the owner of the company responded quickly to a problem of a leaking supply pipe, he and a colleague arrived promptly on time on the designated day and set to work at once. They were both pleasant to have on site and worked non stop to get the job done without the ubiquitous noisy radio and continuous breaks to check a mobile phone. The replacement pipe was installed in no time at all and the site left clean and tidy. Would whole heartedly recommend.

I needed a 40 metre long trench across the garden to bury SWA electrical cable. Josh arrived on time with his new digger and within a couple of hours the trench was finished, a neat and tidy job.

I can highly recomend this firm. Josh came the same day I contacted him about looking at the job. I needed the old lead mains pipe replaced outside my property as it was leaking. He came about 10 days later to complete.

Josh appears to be one of these rare breeds, whereby he turns up when he says he will and will ring if he needs to rearrange. The workmanship was first class and more than I could have asked for. They were clean and tidy and obviously well skilled and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. Well done.
